Senior Digital Creative (gn) AI Focus

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential mobility benefits organization based in Germany. We are seeking a Senior Digital Creative with strong AI capabilities to elevate their digital communication and establish cutting-edge production workflows. This is a remote position within Germany.

In this role, you will develop creative concepts for digital content and campaigns, take ownership of AI integration in creative production, and build AI-powered video production as a core team capability. You'll work closely with content leadership, creative teams, marketing stakeholders, and digital channel owners to deliver high-quality digital assets and establish new creative standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and conceptual approaches for digital content and campaigns across multiple channels
• Translate concepts into concrete designs and create digital assets hands-on
• Provide clear conceptual foundations for smaller projects and support them from ideation through visual execution
• Establish and continuously develop AI-powered video production as an independent capability within the creative team
• Contribute strategic perspective to creative processes, standards, and workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content leadership, marketing, and digital channel owners

What We're Looking For

• Strong creative and conceptual skills specifically for digital formats
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in creative production with ability to assess practical use cases
• Experience working across a range of digital channels and content formats
• Ability to execute ideas and content visually yourself, ideally with an art direction background
• Independent, solution-oriented work style with pragmatic approach to moving projects forward
• Very good German language skills at C1 level or above (required)
• Strong interest in emerging technologies and their application to creative work
