About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SAP consultancy in their search for a Senior SAP Basis Support Consultant. Our client specializes in complex SAP landscapes and transformation programs for enterprise clients across the UK. This is a remote position based in the United Kingdom, offering the chance to work with cutting-edge SAP technologies including S/4HANA, RISE, and BTP.

This role is part of an Application Management Services (AMS) team where you'll serve as the technical expert for a portfolio of customers. You'll take ownership of business-critical SAP environments, supporting optimization, upgrades, migrations, and cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted technical expert for a portfolio of SAP customers, managing complex SAP landscapes
• Resolve business-critical technical challenges across SAP Netweaver, S/4HANA, Fiori, PO, Solution Manager, and cloud platforms
• Lead system copies, refreshes, and performance tuning initiatives
• Conduct problem analysis and resolution for production SAP environments
• Support SAP system installation, configuration, maintenance, and ongoing performance optimization
• Contribute to transformation initiatives, upgrades, and migration projects
• Help customers maximize the value of their SAP investment through technical excellence

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of SAP Basis experience with strong technical knowledge
• Hands-on experience with SAP Netweaver, S/4HANA, Fiori, PO, Solution Manager, Public Cloud, BTP, and RISE
• Proven track record with system copies/refreshes, performance tuning, and problem resolution
• Deep knowledge of SAP system installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Valid UK driving licence
• UK-based location for remote work

Desired Qualifications:

• SAP certifications in BASIS Admin, S/4 Admin, System Migration, or Database (HANA) Admin
• Extensive experience with SAP Public Cloud systems including BTP, IBP, ALM, S/4, and IAS
• Experience implementing or using mobile solutions with SAP ITS or third-party SAP products
• ITIL qualification
