Senior SAP Consultant EWM (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential SAP consulting organization seeking a Senior SAP EWM Consultant to join their growing practice. In this role, you will:

• Analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end logistics processes with a focus on SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
• Guide national and international clients through implementation, transformation, and support projects
• Advise on the selection, design, and implementation of future-ready warehouse and logistics solutions
• Perform customizing configurations and develop sustainable approaches for complex requirements
• Plan and facilitate workshops and training sessions for key users and business stakeholders
• Develop test strategies and support integration, acceptance, and performance testing activities
• Take ownership of work packages or sub-projects and manage them independently
• Actively contribute to the evolution of methods, standards, and innovative technologies within the practice

What We're Looking For

• Several years of hands-on experience with SAP EWM, ideally in a consulting or project-oriented role
• Proven track record in implementing SAP EWM projects and performing system customizing
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and their digital representation in SAP systems
• Analytical mindset with enthusiasm for developing pragmatic, business-focused solutions
• Ideally, experience reading, analyzing, or debugging code
• Excellent communication skills and confident presence in client-facing situations
• Openness to emerging technologies and commitment to continuous professional development
• Willingness to travel occasionally during critical project phases
• German and English language proficiency required
