Senior SAP EWM Consultant / Solution Design (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SAP logistics consultancy seeking a Senior SAP EWM Consultant to join their growing practice. In this role, you will move beyond implementation and customizing to shape strategic warehouse management solutions from the ground up.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting clients during early project phases including workshops, scoping sessions, and solution discovery
• Analyzing existing logistics processes and developing tailored EWM solutions that deliver measurable business value
• Taking ownership of functional concepts, process designs, and architectural decisions
• Preparing effort estimates and contributing your expertise to proposal and presales activities
• Serving as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and operational teams
• Designing end-to-end processes across intralogistics environments
• Collaborating with experienced consultants and emerging talent within the practice
• Growing your career toward solution design, partial project leadership, or senior advisory roles

What We're Looking For

• Several years of hands-on experience with SAP EWM
• Strong understanding of intralogistics processes, particularly goods receipt, goods issue, and storage strategies
• Proven track record implementing SAP EWM projects including process design and configuration
• Genuine interest in advising clients on business processes rather than simply executing technical requirements
• Understanding of business processes, commercial contexts, and sustainable value creation
• Strong communication skills and confident presence in workshops and client meetings
• Comfort working in dynamic environments and willingness to take on responsibility
• Experience with S/4HANA EWM, warehouse automation, or end-to-end process landscapes is a plus
• German language proficiency required for this role

Pay
