Senior Account Executive – Hospitals

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential health-tech organization expanding its operations across France. Our client is seeking a Senior Account Executive - Hospitals to drive strategic partnerships and growth within the French healthcare sector. This role is based in Paris and offers the opportunity to shape market entry and scale for an innovative digital health platform.

As a key member of the commercial team, you will forge high-impact relationships across the healthcare ecosystem, working with provider networks, technology vendors, insurers, and resellers to accelerate adoption and market presence.

Responsibilities

• Identify, initiate, and manage strategic relationships across the French healthcare landscape
• Develop partnerships with provider groups, EHR vendors, system integrators, payors, and commercial resellers
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles including pitching, negotiating, and closing complex strategic deals
• Collaborate with legal, product, and commercial teams to finalize contracts and partnership agreements
• Represent the organization at industry meetings, events, and conferences
• Provide market intelligence and customer insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategy
• Support the development of customer success infrastructure to ensure partner satisfaction
• Travel regularly across France to meet with healthcare providers and stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in healthcare partnerships, sales, or business development within health-tech or med-tech
• Track record of closing strategic partnerships in complex, regulated healthcare environments
• Deep knowledge of the French hospital ecosystem including payors, providers, and health IT vendors
• Strong local network and ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholder groups
• Comfortable navigating clinical, commercial, and technical conversations
• Fluent in both French and English with excellent communication skills
• Independent operator with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Passion for improving healthcare delivery through innovation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with or selling into EHR providers, health systems, or care delivery platforms
• Background in medtech, digital health, or healthcare technology
• Familiarity with EU/French regulatory and compliance environments
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments, especially launching new markets
