Founding Customer Training Manager – France (m/f/d)

We are representing a well-funded healthcare technology organization that is expanding its operations into France. Our client has developed an innovative AI-powered solution that helps frontline healthcare workers reduce administrative burden and reclaim time for patient care. With thousands of facilities already using their platform and strong backing from leading investors, they are now building their French market presence.

As the Founding Customer Training Manager for France, you will establish and scale the training program that empowers healthcare professionals to adopt this transformative technology. You will inherit proven methodologies from existing markets and adapt them for French healthcare environments, delivering engaging in-person training sessions that drive user adoption and improve documentation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person training sessions for new customer deployments across French-speaking regions, typically training groups of 10-15 healthcare providers
• Adapt and refine training materials and playbooks for the French market and customize content for individual customer needs
• Travel to customer sites throughout France (estimated 2-3 weeks per month depending on deployment schedule) to deliver on-site training and support go-live activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and international training teams to optimize training approaches and share market insights
• Measure and report on training effectiveness using adoption metrics and user feedback to continuously improve program delivery
• Ensure all training complies with French healthcare regulations and documentation requirements including GDPR and applicable standards

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in training, onboarding, or customer enablement within B2B environments, ideally in healthcare or other technical sectors
• Demonstrated experience building training programs from scratch, not just delivering existing content
• Proven track record designing and delivering in-person training to non-technical and mixed-ability audiences
• Business fluent French (C2 level or bilingual) with understanding of regional and cultural nuances, plus working English for international team collaboration
• Data-driven approach using adoption metrics and user feedback to refine training methods
• Ability to work effectively in healthcare environments with legacy systems and limited IT infrastructure
• Comfortable with regular travel throughout France (2-3 weeks per month)
• Strong presentation and group facilitation skills with ability to motivate and engage diverse audiences
