About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential iGaming organization seeking a Product Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London. Our client operates flagship gaming platforms and is looking for someone with a sharp commercial eye and deep understanding of the competitive online gaming landscape.
This is an opportunity to drive product strategy for a high-traffic gaming site, working at the intersection of user experience, affiliate partnerships, and continuous innovation. You'll collaborate with industry-leading experts across design, engineering, and delivery functions to build solutions that engage players and deliver measurable commercial results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate product vision and strategy for commercial gaming initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends
- Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritising features and enhancements that drive traffic, increase affiliate revenue, and improve user engagement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering and design to deliver quality product updates on time and with appropriate frequency
- Conduct thorough competitor research to identify gaps and opportunities for innovation within the iGaming space
- Engage with internal stakeholders to gather insights, align on objectives, and ensure smooth execution of product initiatives
- Present product performance, roadmaps, and strategies to senior leadership with data-driven recommendations
- Focus on conversion rate optimization by improving site navigation, layout, and content to maximize partner conversions
- Drive delivery of active initiatives while maintaining and enhancing core platform functionality
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrable Product Management experience working within the iGaming sector
- Proven exposure working with senior stakeholders and presenting to leadership
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with Design, Engineering, and delivery functions
- Commercial acumen with understanding of affiliate revenue models and user acquisition
- Experience with conversion rate optimization and user experience enhancement
- Strategic mindset with ability to balance innovation with practical delivery
- Data-driven approach to product decision-making
