CRM Automation Manager

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential gaming technology organization in their search for a CRM Automation Manager. This role offers the opportunity to design and optimize automated communication journeys that directly impact customer engagement and retention across multiple channels.

You'll be joining a CRM team focused on creating data-driven, personalized customer experiences throughout the entire lifecycle—from initial registration through reactivation campaigns. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, allowing you to build sophisticated automation flows while analyzing performance data to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize automated communication flows across the customer lifecycle, including registration, conversion, retention, churn prevention, and reactivation
• Develop onboarding and welcome journeys across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging channels
• Create and manage reactivation campaigns and automated flows tailored to different customer lifecycle stages
• Run A/B tests to improve funnel conversion rates and reactivation performance
• Analyze campaign results, build performance dashboards, and automate reporting and trigger logic
• Analyze customer behavior and conversion data to identify insights, develop growth hypotheses, and continuously improve CRM performance

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in CRM automation or marketing automation
• Hands-on experience with trigger-based lifecycle campaigns, including welcome flows, deposit conversion, churn prevention, and reactivation strategies
• Strong understanding of event-driven logic, customer segmentation, and CRM automation platforms such as Smartico, FastTrack, Customer.io, Optimove, or similar systems
• Strong analytical skills with practical experience using Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with Product, Analytics, Content, and Design teams to coordinate and deliver effective CRM campaigns
• Location: Minsk Region
