M&A Manager (m/w/d) – Healthcare / Health-Tech

We are representing a rapidly growing healthcare organization in Munich that is building a nationwide primary care platform. Our client acquires and operates medical practices across Germany, combining quality patient care with digital processes and centralized services.

We are seeking an M&A Manager (m/w/d) to independently lead acquisition projects from target identification through to deal signing.

Location: Munich
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Work Model: Hybrid (1 day home office per week)

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach attractive primary care practices and medical centers throughout Germany
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, practice owners, brokers, and other relevant stakeholders
• Manage acquisition processes from initial contact through negotiation to signing
• Coordinate commercial, financial, and legal due diligence
• Evaluate acquisition opportunities and develop business cases in collaboration with Finance
• Independently manage multiple transactions and workstreams simultaneously
• Prepare investment cases, deal analyses, and presentations for senior management and the board
• Contribute to the evolution of M&A strategy and processes

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 3–4+ years of professional experience in M&A, ideally in start-ups, private equity, consulting/deal advisory, investment banking, or corporate development
• Demonstrated experience in the operational execution of M&A transactions
• Strong understanding of the complete M&A lifecycle, including valuation, due diligence, and negotiations
• Ability to independently manage multiple transactions in parallel
• German at C1 level or higher, with excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with physicians and practice owners
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high degree of personal responsibility, and structured analytical approach
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or comparable field

Preferred:

• Experience in healthcare or health-tech sectors
• Experience with primary care practices, medical centers, or other healthcare transactions
• Background in private equity, investment banking, or M&A advisory

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €60,000–€120,000 gross annual salary plus bonus.
