Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a well-funded European fintech organization that's transforming how business owners manage their finances. This is a remote Senior iOS Developer role based in Germany, offering the opportunity to work on a mobile-first financial platform used daily by entrepreneurs across Europe.

You'll join a cross-functional domain team building features that directly impact how businesses handle their accounts, transactions, card management, and accounting automation. This role goes beyond implementing tickets—you'll shape architecture, drive technical decisions, and mentor engineers while working at the intersection of excellent mobile engineering and meaningful product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and build new features for an iOS application serving business owners across multiple European markets
• Architect and implement reliable solutions for multi-account cash flow management, banking transactions and payments, card issuance and control, and AI-powered accounting features
• Develop polished, responsive user interfaces using UIKit and SwiftUI
• Own code quality, performance, and stability through automated testing and thorough code reviews
• Collaborate closely with Backend, QA, Design, and Product teams to shape end-to-end solutions
• Drive technical decisions within your domain, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and mobile development best practices

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Strong knowledge of Swift and at least 3 years of commercial iOS development experience
• Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns
• Practical experience with VIPER architectural pattern and Coordinator navigation pattern
• Excellent knowledge of UIKit and experience or strong interest in SwiftUI
• Experience with code-based layout development using SnapKit or similar frameworks
• Proficiency with Git/GitLab including CI/CD setup and configuration
• Ability to write unit and UI tests
• Product-focused mindset—you care about users and outcomes, not just code
• Clear communication skills in English across technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred:

• Background in fintech or financial products
• Strong grasp of mobile security best practices
• Experience profiling and optimizing UI performance (60/120fps rendering)
• Hands-on work with performance tooling such as Instruments or XCTest
• Published apps on the App Store
• Active GitHub profile with code samples
• Experience with AI agents and LLM tools including prompt engineering and behavioral configuration
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered IDE tools in agent mode and rules file configuration
• Understanding of model selection, context window management, and AI security considerations
