Werkstudent (m/w/d) Personalentwicklung bzw. Learning & Development

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential infrastructure organization seeking a working student (m/f/d) to support their Learning & Development team. In this role, you will contribute to designing and implementing modern training and qualification programs while gaining hands-on experience across the full spectrum of personnel development.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the conception and development of contemporary learning and qualification offerings for technical partners and construction teams
• Assisting with the organization and delivery of trainings, workshops, and e-learning programs—both digital and in-person
• Creating and refining presentations, training materials, and digital learning content
• Contributing to onboarding and qualification programs for new partner organizations
• Preparing and evaluating learning assessments and deriving improvement opportunities
• Supporting the identification and analysis of training needs and developing appropriate learning solutions
• Participating in Learning & Development projects across various departments
• Collaborating with partner management, rollout teams, and operational units

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a working student with the following qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, ideally in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Psychology, Human Resources Management, Educational Sciences, Business Administration, Communications, or a comparable field
• Genuine interest in personnel development, learning, continuing education, and modern training concepts
• Enthusiasm for presenting information clearly and facilitating knowledge transfer
• Structured, independent, and reliable work approach with strong comprehension abilities
• Proficient use of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Previous experience with e-learning, digital learning platforms, presentations, training delivery, or project work is advantageous but not required
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with diverse audiences and stakeholder groups
• Willingness to contribute your own ideas and gain practical experience in personnel development
• German language proficiency required for this role based in Köln
