(Senior) Influencer Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential creator marketing organization based in Berlin, and we're seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join their team. In this role, you will:

• Plan, execute, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns with a focus on performance metrics and brand awareness
• Collaborate closely with key account management to ensure individual client strategies are met
• Manage projects end-to-end, including weekly updates, client meetings, and development of long-term client retention initiatives
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends and derive strategic measures
• Take responsibility for budget and margin management, controlling costs and ensuring economic efficiency
• Serve as the primary interface between clients, creators, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
• Oversee paid media management, including performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Meta and TikTok

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, project management, or a comparable position
• Excellent communication skills and a confident approach to working with clients, creators, and stakeholders
• Proven experience in budget management and process optimization for efficient campaign execution
• Deep understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and paid media, ideally with hands-on experience managing paid campaigns
• Strong diplomatic skills and the ability to balance various interests effectively
• A true team player with a hands-on mentality, self-initiative, and passion for the creator ecosystem
• German language proficiency required for this Berlin-based role
