Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential manufacturing organization in Varel, Germany. In this Maschinen- und Anlagenführer role, you will:

• Operate and monitor modern production equipment
• Perform setup procedures and minor maintenance tasks
• Ensure product quality through regular inspections and controls
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and document production data
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

What We're Looking For

• Completed technical or craft-based vocational training (Ausbildung)
• Experience in paper, cardboard, printing, or coating operations is advantageous
• Strong technical understanding and practical mechanical skills
• Quality-conscious approach with reliable and independent working style
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (3-shift system: early, late, night)
