Working Student – Digital Operations (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential health technology organization based in Berlin. Our client is seeking a Working Student - Digital Operations to support critical backend operations including support ticket resolution, product data management, and cross-functional coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented student to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce operations and systems management within a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming support tickets related to product rewards and calculations, diagnosing whether issues stem from technical bugs, process misunderstandings, or calculation errors, then resolving or escalating appropriately
• Manage end-to-end setup of new product SKUs, including assigning SKU numbers according to established numbering schema
• Create new products in the CRM system with complete attribute details such as category, item type, and activation requirements
• Sync new SKUs into accounting systems and configure local tax and compliance settings as needed
• Coordinate with activation and sync systems to ensure new products launch correctly
• Liaise with logistics teams on warehouse mapping for physical products
• Apply correct reporting tags to new SKUs for internal analytics
• Communicate status updates and resolve questions with internal stakeholders, primarily the e-commerce team

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a university in Germany
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured data and operational systems
• Good communication skills with ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams
• Prior experience with CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, or similar tools is a plus
• Reliable and able to work independently once onboarded
• Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus
