Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential e-commerce client in Karlsruhe seeking a working student fullstack developer to support their operations and automation projects. In this role, you will:
- Support the development of webshop, ERP, and warehouse management tools across both frontend and backend
- Build new features using React/Next.js, Vue/Nuxt, TypeScript, and Node.js alongside an experienced development team
- Contribute to integrations between the webshop, ERP system, shipping providers, and suppliers
- Analyze existing business processes and propose improvements through software and automation
- Help implement workflow solutions for warehouse, shipping, and procurement operations
- Work with modern AI and LLM tools to support document recognition, data extraction, and workflow automation
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable degree program
- Initial experience in web development, ideally with React, Vue, or TypeScript
- Interest in fullstack development and desire to expand your skills in both frontend and backend
- Basic knowledge of databases and APIs is advantageous
- Genuine interest in understanding how software supports real business processes like warehousing, shipping, purchasing, and accounting
- Curiosity about new technologies and willingness to explore AI and LLM applications
- Self-reliant, reliable work style with strong team collaboration skills
- Eagerness to learn and comfort diving into new technical topics
