Territory Sales Partner

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing marketing technology company seeking independent Territory Sales Partners across Leicester and surrounding areas. This is a self-employed contractor role with guaranteed minimum weekly earnings plus uncapped commission.

Our client provides AI-powered marketing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses throughout the UK. As their recruiting partner, we're building a network of ambitious sales professionals who want to run their own business while representing an established brand.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach local businesses (salons, restaurants, gyms, cafes, professional services) in your territory
• Conduct face-to-face demonstrations of the marketing platform
• Sign prospects up for free trial accounts and manage follow-up conversations
• Convert trial users to paid subscribers through consultative selling
• Maintain your own schedule and manage your independent sales operation
• Track activity and submit weekly reports on trial signups and conversions
• Build long-term relationships with local business owners in your area

What We're Looking For

• UK-based with right to work in the United Kingdom
• Located in or near Leicester, England with reliable transport or a walkable territory
• Registered as self-employed (sole trader or limited company) or willing to register with HMRC
• Comfortable initiating conversations with business owners in person
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and entrepreneurial mindset
• Smartphone with internet access for demonstrations and tracking
• Previous sales, field marketing, or B2B experience helpful but not required
• Ability to meet weekly activity targets (3-4 trial signups per week)

Compensation Structure

Guaranteed Weekly Draw: £500 per week minimum (contingent on meeting trial signup targets: 3 signups weeks 1-4, then 4 signups week 5 onward)

Commission: £250-£350 per closed account with uncapped earning potential. In any week where commissions exceed £500, you receive the full commission amount instead of the draw.

Realistic Monthly Earnings: Top performers earn £4,000-£8,000+ per month. The draw provides a guaranteed floor while your pipeline builds.

Employment Type: Self-employed contractor. You invoice the client and manage your own tax obligations.
