Verantwortlichkeiten
- Durchführung automatisierter Analysen in klinischer Chemie und Hämatologie, einschließlich Blutbildanalytik, Hormone und Tumormarker
- Bestimmung globaler Gerinnungsparameter und Durchführung von Serumelektrophoresen
- Manuelle Differenzierung pathologischer Blutbilder und Parasitendiagnostik
- Qualitätsmanagement und technische Validierung der Laborergebnisse
- Bedienung und Überwachung vollautomatischer Laborstraßen und modernster Analysegeräte
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als MTLA (Medizinisch-technischer Laborassistent) oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in Labormedizin, klinischer Chemie oder Hämatologie von Vorteil
- Präzise, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau) erforderlich
