Senior Partnermanager Broker Channel Cybersecurity (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential cybersecurity organization seeking a Senior Partner Manager to develop and manage their insurance broker network across Germany. In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with insurance brokers, serving as their primary point of contact for all sales and technical questions
• Support brokers in identifying, approaching, and advising potential customers throughout the entire sales process
• Conduct regular partner meetings to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities and develop joint sales strategies to increase business volume
• Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars to ensure partners can effectively communicate solutions to their clients
• Analyze sales metrics, identify growth potential within your partner portfolio, and implement concrete measures for improvement
• Collaborate closely with underwriting, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure optimal experiences for brokers and customers
• Represent our client at broker events, industry conferences, and trade shows while continuously expanding your professional network
• Monitor market trends in the insurance and cybersecurity sectors and actively contribute insights to the development of partner strategy

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience managing and developing insurance brokers, insurance sales teams, or relevant sales partners—whether as a broker relationship manager at an insurer or account manager at a brokerage
• An existing network within the German insurance market is advantageous
• Experience selling complex insurance products, ideally from insurtech, fintech, legaltech, or compliance sectors
• Proven track record of developing partner relationships and sales portfolios
• High level of initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, and a hands-on mentality
• Experience with sales KPIs and a data-driven approach to business development
• Fluent German (C2 level) and very good written and spoken English
• Interest in cybersecurity and motivation to develop in a dynamic growth market
• Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time
