Founder’s Associate – Product

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI voice technology company based in Berlin. Our client is building next-generation conversational AI infrastructure for enterprise customer service at scale. This is a rare Founder's Associate opportunity for someone who is hyper-ambitious, technically minded, and wants deep exposure to building a high-growth B2B SaaS company from the inside.

You will work directly with the founding team on product strategy, customer insights, technical evaluation, and hiring. This role is ideal for someone who wants to start their own company one day and is looking for an intense learning environment where they can take real ownership across product, technical research, and go-to-market initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer usage data to identify high-impact product problems and opportunities
• Triage and prioritize incoming product feedback from enterprise customers
• Conduct customer interviews to deeply understand user needs and pain points
• Research and assess new product opportunities to guide strategic roadmap decisions
• Perform competitive analysis to understand market positioning and differentiation
• Test and evaluate new AI models, prompting techniques, and voice AI capabilities
• Support technical hiring processes to identify and recruit top engineering talent
• Contribute to product experimentation and rapid iteration cycles

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly structured approach to problem-solving and analysis
• High agency and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment
• Ability to receive and act on direct feedback
• Deep interest in AI capabilities and applications (AI-native mindset)
• Strong product intuition and commercial sense
• Technical background (computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience)
• Demonstrated ambition to build and lead in the future
