Sr Growth Marketer (f/m/x)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization in Germany that is redefining workplace learning for frontline teams. Our client is Series A funded with strong traction and is now expanding their growth function to support scaling across Europe and into the US market.

This is not a typical execution-focused growth role. You will own performance channels and conversion rate optimization end-to-end, working with AI tools daily to achieve what would traditionally require a much larger team. You'll have real budget ownership, strategic autonomy, and the opportunity to build systems that scale.

Responsibilities

• Own performance marketing channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta) from strategy through execution and optimization, collaborating with an external agency to execute at scale
• Design and run continuous experiments across landing pages, conversion funnels, and lead forms, documenting learnings in a way that supports future automation
• Use AI tools daily—including Claude, Clay, Cursor or Lovable, n8n or Make—to accelerate campaign development, testing, and optimization beyond traditional capacity
• Analyze spend and conversion data to identify what's working, make rapid adjustments when performance shifts, and provide clear reporting on channel effectiveness
• Apply your performance marketing expertise to support the company's US market expansion, growing your scope as proven channels scale
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure conversion tracking is properly configured and campaigns are aligned with broader go-to-market strategy

What We're Looking For

• 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing or growth roles within B2B SaaS, with demonstrated ownership of budget and measurable growth targets
• Hands-on expertise building and managing campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta—not just providing direction to others
• Proven track record in conversion rate optimization with the ability to discuss specific tests, results, methodology, and learnings from both successful and unsuccessful experiments
• Technical proficiency with HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager, including ability to set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking independently
• Active daily use of AI tools (Claude, Clay, Cursor or Lovable, n8n or Make) as core productivity multipliers, not experimental side projects
• Fluency in German—this is a requirement for the role
• Self-directed approach with comfort operating in ambiguity and building systems from the ground up
