About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential online gaming client seeking a talented Creative to join their marketing team in Hamburg. Our client operates multiple consumer brands in the entertainment space and is looking for someone who can produce scroll-stopping advertising content across static and motion formats. This is a hands-on role where you'll work from concept to final asset, leveraging both traditional creative tools and generative AI to drive performance marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce advertising assets for multiple consumer brands, from static graphics to motion video formats
• Work cross-functionally from initial concept through to final deliverable, using tools ranging from Photoshop to generative AI
• Create performance-focused content optimized for social media platforms with attention to hook rates, engagement, and current trends
• Translate marketing ideas into compelling visual concepts and present them effectively to stakeholders
• Maintain brand consistency and visual precision across all creative output
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines across different brand priorities

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Confident proficiency with creative software including Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, and generative AI tools
• Strong understanding of brand design principles and consistent brand communication
• High attention to quality, consistency, and visual detail
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics such as hook rate, CTR, and A/B testing methodologies
• Excellent prioritization skills when managing multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines
• Professional proficiency in German, both written and spoken

Preferred qualifications:

• Basic camera operation and video production skills, including the ability to film and edit motion content independently
• Experience scaling content production within team or agency environments
• Familiarity with project management tools in creative workflows
