About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential recreational vehicle rental organization in the Cologne-Düsseldorf area. Our client is seeking a part-time support team member (m/w/d) to assist with daily station operations in Dormagen. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and creating positive customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers during vehicle pick-up and return with exceptional service
• Conduct vehicle handovers and explain features and operation to customers
• Perform thorough cleaning of rental vehicles, both interior and exterior
• Support the station team with daily operational tasks
• Ensure customers have a smooth and positive rental experience

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on attitude with willingness to help wherever needed
• Customer service experience preferred
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Good command of German and English languages
• Available to work 20 hours per week
• Can start in July 2025 (contract until October 31, 2026)
