Leiter Supply Chain Office (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential food production organization seeking a Supply Chain Office Leader to join their operations in Gudensberg, Hessen. In this leadership role, you will:

• Lead the planning process in coordination with production department heads to ensure optimal capacity utilization and material availability
• Optimize resource allocation and personnel planning across production departments
• Establish efficient production control systems and conduct feasibility analyses for production runs, including promotional campaigns
• Monitor planning progress and implement corrective measures as needed
• Coordinate with planning departments across multiple facilities to better meet customer requirements
• Manage the Supply Chain Office team and provide technical leadership to warehouse and shipping operations at the site
• Ensure smooth and goal-oriented information flow within the team and with adjacent departments

What We're Looking For

Our client needs a strategic planner with both analytical strength and leadership capabilities:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or comparable qualification
• Strong affinity for data processing and analysis with excellent numerical comprehension
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally in food or FMCG environments
• Knowledge of demand planning software is helpful
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical skills with a results- and customer-oriented mindset
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities
• Proven capability to lead teams and coordinate cross-functional operations
