About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization in the Berlin area that is seeking an experienced electrical trainer to lead technical education programs. Our client operates a dedicated training academy where skilled electricians prepare field teams to deliver residential energy installations across Germany.

Responsibilities
- Deliver group training sessions for electricians and electrical assistants
- Ensure structured, hands-on onboarding for new technical hires
- Plan and execute targeted skill development programs
- Continuously refine training formats to maintain installation quality standards
- Work on-site at the training academy in Blankenfelde-Mahlow (Ludwig-Erhard-Ring 12, 15827)
What We're Looking For
- Completed vocational training as an electrician (Elektriker:in)
- 3+ years of experience in energy and building systems technology
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Strong communication skills with a respectful, professional approach
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience with photovoltaic systems and heat pumps is a plus
