Field Sales Manager (w/m/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization based in Stuttgart that is transforming how households generate and consume power. Our talent team is seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to join their growing commercial operations in the region.

In this role, you will work directly with residential customers, conducting field visits to present integrated energy solutions. You'll assess technical requirements, build your network of prospects, and convert qualified leads into successful installations. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys face-to-face selling, and wants to contribute to the clean energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field sales activities to acquire new customers and present tailored energy solutions
• Capture technical specifications from customer sites to assess project feasibility
• Continuously expand your professional network and customer pipeline within your territory
• Lead sales conversations from initial contact through to signed contracts
• Participate in regular performance coaching sessions with your direct manager
• Collaborate with a motivated sales team to achieve collective targets

What We're Looking For

• Several years of proven experience in field sales, ideally selling complex or technical solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a personable, approachable demeanor
• Results-driven mindset with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding goals
• Team player who values collaboration and loyalty
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Fluent German language skills (both written and spoken) at negotiation level
• Interest in professional development and long-term career growth
