About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization that is scaling photovoltaic infrastructure across Germany. Our client is seeking a Junior Construction Site Manager to oversee AC-side installation on large-scale solar projects in the Stuttgart region. This role combines hands-on technical work with growing project management responsibility as you develop within the organization.

This is a field-intensive position requiring weekly travel with overnight stays Monday through Thursday. You will start with active on-site participation in electrical installations and progressively assume full responsibility for construction coordination across multiple solar installations.

Responsibilities

• Overall AC-side accountability: ensure safe, on-time, and quality execution of AC installations across assigned construction sites
• Hands-on AC construction: during your first year, actively participate in on-site work including complete system installations and commissioning support
• AC planning and coordination: independently plan, order, and manage AC components across multiple project sites
• Project leadership and site management: with increasing experience, assume full responsibility for construction delivery of large-scale PV installations covering both AC and DC systems
• Weekly travel with overnight accommodation Monday–Thursday within your assigned region

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training as an electrician (Elektroniker)
• Valid Class B driver's license (required)
• High willingness to travel with regular weekly overnight stays
• Previous experience with photovoltaic systems is desirable but not mandatory
• Independent, solution-oriented working style
• Ability to work both autonomously in the field and collaboratively with project teams
• German language proficiency required for safety documentation and client communication
