Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization in Berlin seeking a working student for customer support. In this role, you will:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, addressing their questions and concerns
• Focus primarily on telephone customer support while reliably processing incoming email inquiries
• Work within a dedicated team to handle and route customer requests appropriately
• Collaborate closely with various operational teams to resolve customer issues in a structured manner
• Continuously develop your skills through regular training on products, processes, and internal workflows

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student with a service-oriented approach and genuine enjoyment in working with people
• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level) in both written and spoken communication
• Strong communication abilities, empathy, and a solution-focused personality with excellent teamwork skills
• Previous experience in customer support or similar areas, or an ambitious career-changer ready to learn
• Positive, open demeanor with a strong commitment to reliable and service-oriented customer care
