Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential real estate organization seeking a Technical Property Manager for commercial properties across the Saxony/Saxony-Anhalt/Brandenburg region. This fully remote position allows you to work from home while managing assets throughout your designated territory.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Technical asset management of primarily commercial real estate within your regional portfolio
• Planning and oversight of maintenance, modernization, and renovation projects
• Budget preparation and monitoring for technical operations
• Managing tender processes: soliciting quotes, reviewing proposals, awarding contracts, and supervising construction execution and acceptance
• Coordinating and monitoring external service providers and subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements for building technical systems and managing scheduled maintenance
• Defect tracking and warranty claim management
• Collaborating with the commercial property management team

What We're Looking For

Our client requires candidates with:

• Completed vocational training or degree with a technical focus, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in technical property management, specifically with commercial real estate
• Proven expertise in technical asset operations and building systems
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with property management software
• Residency within Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Brandenburg, or surrounding areas
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region for property inspections
• Valid driver's license (company car provided for business and private use)
• Professional references and educational certificates

Fluency in German is essential for this position.

Pay and Benefits

Pay via Get A Job.ai: Up to €75,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications), inclusive of company car benefit.

This is a full-time (40 hours/week), permanent position available immediately or by arrangement. Additional benefits include:
