Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a leading European cloud infrastructure and digital services provider in their search for a Senior Advisor AI Transformation & Automation focused on e-commerce operations. This Berlin-based role sits at the intersection of strategic AI implementation and hands-on enablement, driving the practical adoption of artificial intelligence across customer-facing digital platforms and marketing operations.

You'll serve as both strategic consultant and technical mentor, bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI innovation and practical team capability. Your mission is to empower operational experts by providing the tools, prototypes, and knowledge they need to excel in AI-driven workflows—delivering the "how" while domain teams own the "what."

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation initiatives across online shop ecosystems and sales platforms, bringing stakeholder organizations along on the journey
• Support teams in enhancing efficiency throughout campaign ideation, creation, and analysis by identifying and integrating appropriate AI tools into existing workflows
• Advise on leveraging AI to increase personalization and effectiveness in marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
• Act as requirements engineering lead for internal tooling, defining clear, high-quality business requirements for development teams to implement within core infrastructure
• Build functional prototypes of AI-based processes using internal/external tools and natural language coding to prove concepts and validate requirements
• Translate complex AI capabilities into accessible guidance for non-technical colleagues
• Serve as a technical bridge, converting business needs into precise specifications for development teams

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in digital transformation, marketing technology, or development with clear focus on AI implementation
• Hands-on builder mentality—you don't just advise, you build; comfortable with rapid prototyping, "vibe coding," and diving deep into AI tools to test what works in practice
• Natural enabler mindset: you find success in helping others succeed and can explain complex AI logic to non-technical colleagues with ease
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into precise technical specifications for external development teams
• Fluent English required; German or other European languages are a plus
• Experience with AI tools, natural language coding environments, and modern prototyping frameworks
• Background in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales platforms preferred
