Customer Support Specialist, EMEA

We are representing a confidential fintech organization that is transforming how financial professionals work with AI technology. Our talent team is searching for their first Customer Support Specialist, EMEA to join a fast-paced Support team in London. This is an exceptional opportunity to be an early hire at a rapidly scaling company with proven traction among leading financial institutions.

As the founding support hire for the EMEA region, you will be at the frontlines of client experience, providing critical assistance through chat and email channels. The feedback you surface will directly influence product development as the organization continues its rapid growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer queries across day-to-day support queues (chat and email), ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs
• Diagnose root causes of client issues and provide clear workarounds and solutions
• Identify process optimizations and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and scalability
• Collaborate with Customer Support Managers to streamline and scale support operations alongside growing client base
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Post-Sales teams to ensure stakeholders have visibility into support context and client needs
• Document pain points and client feedback to inform continuous product improvements

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in customer support or user operations within a B2B SaaS or technology environment
• Highly ambitious individual eager to join as an early hire with the opportunity to build and influence future team structure
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, comfortable working in ambiguous environments and managing high-volume queues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Genuine interest in staying current with developments in financial services and AI markets
• Analytical mindset with demonstrated experience using data to inform operational decisions
• Passion for delivering best-in-class customer experience with a relentless drive for operational excellence
• Thrives in fast-paced startup environments and comfortable with autonomy and ambiguity
