About This Opportunity

We are representing a growing consulting firm in Düsseldorf that specializes in brand strategy and content development. Our client is expanding rapidly and looking for a working student to join their content and social media team. This is a remote-friendly role with flexible hours designed around your studies, offering real responsibility and genuine growth potential.

You'll start by producing social media content for clients—planning, designing, and writing posts with your own creative voice. After onboarding, you'll take ownership of client accounts, managing their social presence while our client's team provides strategic oversight. Beyond content creation, you'll gain insight into how a consulting business operates and contribute to new entrepreneurial projects currently in development.

Responsibilities

• Create social media content including editorial planning, graphics, and copy for client accounts
• Develop original format ideas and content concepts, not just execute briefs
• Manage client social media presence independently after initial onboarding period
• Coordinate approvals and operational details with clients (relationship management remains with senior team)
• Maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables
• Support the development of additional business initiatives within the organization
• Work closely with leadership team and gain exposure to strategic business decisions

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in marketing, digital media, media studies, design, or related field
• Native-level German language skills (written and spoken)
• Strong familiarity with major social media platforms and current trends
• Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar scheduling tools
• Confident writing and design abilities—you should be able to complete posts independently
• Creative thinking with ability to generate original ideas and formats
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in delivery
• Empathy and intuition for understanding brand voice and messaging
• Desire to learn and grow beyond task execution
• Available for minimum 10 hours per week with potential to scale to 20 hours

You don't need: An extensive portfolio, five years of agency experience, or a perfect CV. We care more about how you think and your willingness to learn.

Pay

This position offers €17 per hour through our client. The role starts at 10 hours per week with flexibility to increase to 20 hours based on mutual fit and your availability. Work is primarily remote with optional coworking space access in Düsseldorf for collaboration.
