About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology company in Hamburg that is experiencing significant growth across multiple business units. Our talent team has been engaged to identify an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who will be embedded within two fast-scaling divisions, focusing on Tech, Product, and Business hiring.

This is not a traditional corporate recruiting role. You will function as a deeply integrated business partner, anticipating talent needs before requisitions are opened and building continuous pipelines of elite candidates. You'll combine proactive sourcing with strategic workforce planning, acting as the engine that powers scaling capabilities across engineering, product, and commercial functions.

Responsibilities

• Execute bespoke talent acquisition strategies tailored to unique cross-functional roadmaps, running exhaustive searches across multiple platforms to identify niche technical profiles, product leaders, and commercial business talent
• Build and maintain continuous passive pipelines focused on both core engineering setups and commercial growth engines, treating every search like a dedicated mapping project
• Partner closely with Engineering Leads, Product Directors, and Business Stakeholders to deeply understand team dynamics, upcoming projects, and potential skills gaps
• Proactively monitor team health and project roadmaps to propose talent solutions, sourcing and validating long-term fits without waiting for formal requests
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal Talent Intelligence teams to utilize market data, map competitor talent pools, and identify high-yield sourcing vectors
• Work with TA Operations to optimize interview workflows, eliminate process bottlenecks, and ensure clean candidate data flow through recruitment systems
• Act as the bridge connecting centralized data and operational support directly to ground-level business unit needs

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years of recruiting experience within high-growth environments, or strong recruitment agency background with demonstrated passion for in-house transition
• Exceptionally proactive, self-starting professional who excels when integrated directly into business units
• Strong agility navigating complex, fluid, and high-stakes environments
• Demonstrated outbound sourcing skills combined with collaborative approach to partnering with Operations and Intelligence specialists
• Background in Talent Acquisition, Consulting, or Project Management highly preferred
• University degree in Business, Social Sciences, or related field advantageous
• Professional fluency in English; German proficiency ideal
• High comfort level with standard recruitment infrastructure and generative AI tools; experience with modern ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and AI assistants preferred
• Hunter mindset with ability to run highly targeted searches and build maps of passive talent markets

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process based on experience and qualifications.
