Head of Talent Acquisition at Get A Job.ai

Responsibilities

We are representing a growing HR technology media organization based in London, and we're seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead their recruitment function. In this role, you will:

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, creating interview scripts, and conducting interviews
• Build and strengthen the employer brand to attract both active job seekers and passive candidates
• Drive the execution and continuous improvement of recruiting processes, including automation initiatives
• Enhance the onboarding process in close collaboration with senior management
• Work directly with leadership on recruiting strategy and execution

• Humble, driven, and eager to learn and develop continuously
• Authorized to work in the UK (work permit required)

While prior recruiting experience is valuable, our client is willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates the right mindset and people skills.
