Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential professional events organization seeking a Senior Management Consultant to join their London team. In this role, you will drive strategic projects across multiple business functions including:

• Leading growth initiatives for new business ventures, including market entry strategies and operational setup
• Developing and executing marketing operations and sales strategies
• Becoming a subject matter expert in your assigned industry vertical to inform strategic decisions
• Driving business expansion while maintaining operational excellence
• Supporting talent acquisition and team building efforts
• Managing cross-functional projects with significant autonomy and accountability

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks an experienced business professional with strong management capabilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Proven experience in business management or consulting roles
• Exceptional drive and ambition to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency and ability to deliver results
• Ownership mindset with proactive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Outstanding organizational skills with ability to structure and prioritize work effectively
• UK work authorization required
• Willingness to work in-person Monday through Friday at the London office near Victoria Station
• Availability for occasional international travel to attend events
