(Senior) CRM Manager:in (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential social-tech client in Berlin. As part of a 5-person CRM team, you will own engagement goals such as Daily Active Users and drive measurable growth through intelligent automation and personalization.

• Plan, test, and implement newsletter campaigns in collaboration with content and advertising teams, optimizing content and timing to maximize click-through rates
• Build and continuously optimize automated multi-channel campaigns including onboarding sequences, reactivation flows, and triggered communications across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging
• Develop sophisticated user segmentations based on interests, behavior, and community engagement to deliver personalized experiences
• Partner with product and data teams to deepen user understanding and implement targeted retention strategies
• Create regular reporting on testing outcomes, campaign performance, and goal achievement within your area of ownership
• Collaborate with the team on best practices, content strategy, and optimal send timing

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on CRM experience with proven impact on engagement metrics
• Strong expertise working with Braze or similar marketing automation platforms
• Data-driven decision maker who interprets KPIs effectively while thinking creatively about engagement tactics
• Proven track record designing and analyzing multi-channel user journeys and A/B tests, with the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Technical proficiency with CRM infrastructure, link tracking, deliverability optimization, and platform configuration
• Independent, structured work style with strong project planning and execution skills
• Native-level German and fluent English required
• Passion for building digital products that create social value
