Senior Sales Manager:in Brand & Performance Advertising (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential social platform organization in Berlin that is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth in their brand and performance advertising business. In this role, you will:

• Build and manage your own client portfolio from the ground up through proactive outbound sales and lead generation, leveraging internal AI-powered tools to identify ideal brand partners
• Close deals with major brands and media agencies for hyperlocal and national campaigns, managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract signature
• Scale advertising budgets by identifying opportunities for add-ons, cross-media concepts, and non-standard packages that deliver measurable impact
• Serve as a creative sparring partner to clients, developing innovative approaches to maximize their visibility and effectiveness on the platform
• Act as a mentor within the sales team, sharing your expertise and elevating collective performance
• Think strategically about market positioning and actively shape how brands engage with the platform's community of millions of active users

What We're Looking For

• 4-5+ years of proven experience in media sales or advertising sales, ideally with a focus on branding or platform campaigns
• Demonstrated track record of successfully closing deals with major brands and generating significant revenue
• Hunter mentality with a passion for outbound sales and cold acquisition—you thrive on the challenge of opening new accounts
• Established network within the agency and brand landscape that you can activate immediately
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think big, identify opportunities where others see obstacles, and drive creative solutions
• Self-organized, highly focused working style with an unwavering drive to achieve ambitious goals
• Strong German language skills required for this Berlin-based role
