Content Creator (F/M/*)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential enterprise software organization in their search for a Content Creator based in Köln. In this role, you will work at the intersection of content, product, marketing, and recruiting to develop materials that make complex business intelligence topics understandable, relevant, and visually compelling.

Your primary focus will be on video conception, production, and editing—particularly with emphasis on product storytelling. You will demonstrate value propositions for enterprise users and develop content that reaches target audiences through appropriate channels.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Concepting, producing, and editing videos for marketing, recruiting, product communication, and other organizational areas
• Developing video formats that clearly and convincingly communicate product features and concrete customer benefits
• Planning and executing content for websites, social media channels, campaigns, events, and internal communications
• Translating complex product and AI topics into clear, accessible, and visually appealing stories
• Creating content ideas and formats that strengthen brand positioning
• Collaborating with product and design teams to effectively communicate product updates, use cases, and customer value
• Producing recruiting content that authentically showcases culture, teams, and open positions
• Developing strategic content roadmaps and prioritizing themes, formats, and channels
• Monitoring relevant trends in video, social media, content marketing, and business AI
• Analyzing performance of published content and continuously evolving formats and approaches
• Building and refining reusable content processes, templates, and standards
• Ensuring consistent visual and linguistic presence across all channels

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a candidate with proven experience as a Content Creator, Video Producer, Video Editor, Social Media Manager, or comparable role. You should bring:

• Strong video production and editing skills—from concept development through recording to final editing
• Excellent instincts for storytelling, dramaturgy, visual language, music, and timing
• Experience creating video content for marketing, product communication, recruiting, or social media
• Proficiency with standard tools for video editing, motion design, audio, and image processing
• Ability to quickly understand complex content and distill it to its essence
• Strategic thinking and solid understanding of how content contributes to brand, marketing, and business objectives
• Independent, structured, and reliable work style with enthusiasm for implementing ideas autonomously
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with various teams and stakeholders
• High degree of creativity, initiative, and quality consciousness
• Experience with social media platforms and their different content formats is a plus
• Interest in AI, enterprise software, and digital products

Note: This position requires candidates who are currently residing in Germany and already possess the necessary work authorization.
