Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential health insurance technology company serving the French market. We're seeking a Care Expert to join their member support function. This role combines direct member service with strategic project leadership, offering both immediate impact and professional growth.

This is a remote position based anywhere in France, requiring legal work authorization in the country.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members, delivering exceptional support experiences through email, chat, and callback telephone channels
• Navigate complex healthcare inquiries and transform them into clear, actionable guidance for members
• Develop expertise in the French healthcare system and corporate health insurance frameworks
• Dedicate approximately 80% of your time to direct member support activities
• Lead strategic Care projects (approximately 20% of your time) focused on process improvement, team development, or member empowerment initiatives
• Identify opportunities for operational excellence through data analysis and member feedback
• Mentor team members and contribute to building a high-performing support culture
• Collaborate across functions on product enhancements and member experience innovations
• Support talent acquisition efforts by participating in hiring activities

What We're Looking For

• Required: Full working proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken)
• Strong customer service orientation with genuine passion for helping others solve problems
• Comfort with technology platforms and digital communication tools
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple channels including written correspondence and voice calls
• Natural empathy and composure when handling sensitive healthcare matters
• Self-starter mentality with ability to take initiative and drive projects independently
• Collaborative work style with eagerness to learn and share knowledge
• Preferred: Existing knowledge of the French healthcare system (training provided if needed)
• Location requirement: Must be legally authorized to work in France
