About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential AI technology client seeking a Sales Recruiter to join their London office. Our talent team is supporting their expansion across business functions as they scale their customer-facing platforms. This is a full-cycle recruiting role focused on go-to-market and corporate hiring.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for business roles across sales, marketing, customer success, operations, finance, and people teams
- Partner strategically with business leaders to define requirements, develop position profiles, and align on hiring priorities
- Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates in competitive markets
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, effectively assessing and engaging top business talent
- Drive efficient, structured, and equitable interview processes while continuously improving workflows
- Track and analyze key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and source effectiveness
- Report regularly to leadership on hiring progress and insights
What We're Looking For
- 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech companies
- Early-stage startup experience preferred
- Proven success recruiting across business functions including GTM, operations, and corporate roles
- Strong ability to build consultative relationships with hiring managers and interview teams
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills
- Data-driven approach using metrics to inform decisions and process improvements
- Experience recruiting for GTM teams in SaaS or B2B environments is a plus
- Familiarity with Ashby ATS is beneficial
- Experience scaling teams during rapid growth periods valued
