Sales Development Representative – German Speaking (Relocation to Barcelona)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join their expanding DACH market operations. This role offers relocation support to Barcelona for the right candidate.

You'll be responsible for generating qualified sales pipeline by engaging prospective clients across the DACH region. Working within a high-performing sales team, you'll develop expertise in B2B outbound sales while building a foundation for rapid career advancement in enterprise software sales.

Responsibilities

• Execute multichannel outreach campaigns using phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage target prospects in the DACH market
• Conduct discovery calls with key decision-makers including CFOs, Travel Managers, and Office Managers to assess fit and qualify opportunities
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure smooth handover of leads
• Maintain accurate prospect data and activity tracking within Salesforce CRM
• Communicate product value propositions clearly and build credibility with prospective clients
• Partner with Marketing to refine target accounts, test messaging, and optimize lead-qualification processes
• Stay current on product offerings and industry trends relevant to the corporate travel and spend management space
• Consistently hit and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings booked and opportunities created

What We're Looking For

• Native or near-native fluency in German with professional fluency in English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong phone-based rapport-building abilities
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales processes or outbound prospect outreach
• High organizational skills and comfort working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to maintain structured daily outreach activities and hit output metrics
• Growth mindset with willingness to actively apply coaching feedback and refine techniques
• Ability to relocate to Barcelona with support provided

Our client takes an in-person first approach to work. For the first six months (onboarding and probation period), you'll work five days per week in their Barcelona office to receive hands-on coaching and real-time feedback. After successfully completing probation, the role transitions to a hybrid model with three days in-office and two days remote.
