Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential PropTech organization in their search for an HR Business Partner to take full ownership of people operations across a rapidly scaling workforce of over 400 employees. This role reports directly to senior leadership and will build the HR infrastructure needed to support continued growth to 1,000+ employees.
Your responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing nationwide HR systems and processes from the ground up to support aggressive headcount growth
- Managing the company's HRIS platform (Personio) across all locations, ensuring data integrity and quality with your future team
- Meeting with managing directors of portfolio companies to discuss personnel matters and improve HR processes across multiple entities
- Advising executive leadership and property management teams on all employment law and labor relations matters
- Building scalable people systems that enable the organization to maintain operational excellence during rapid expansion
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years full-time HR experience with demonstrated track record of building processes from zero and taking full ownership
- At least 2 years in a high-growth environment such as a VC-backed startup or PE-funded company
- Strong process orientation and deep expertise in German employment law
- Native-level German language proficiency required
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ambition to build and lead your own team
- Willingness to work in-office in Berlin
- Excitement about establishing an HR department for 400+ employees from the ground up
