Deployment Strategist, Eastern Europe

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential financial intelligence organization serving clients across the public and private sectors in Eastern Europe and beyond. Our client is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join their Customer Success team, working directly with financial institutions and digital asset platforms to maximize investigative and compliance outcomes.

This role sits at the intersection of technical product expertise and strategic customer partnership. You will serve as a trusted advisor to compliance teams, investigators, and risk officers—helping them operationalize sophisticated analytics tools, build stronger cases, and scale their financial crime prevention programs.

The position is remote within the EMEA region, with occasional travel for customer engagements and training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving platform adoption and ensuring customers achieve measurable impact
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and training sessions for investigators, compliance officers, and supervisory teams
• Translate complex technical and investigative concepts into clear, actionable guidance for diverse stakeholders—from analysts to senior executives
• Support customers in conducting blockchain-based investigations, tracing illicit funds, and building compliance workflows
• Monitor customer engagement patterns and proactively address risks or opportunities to strengthen outcomes
• Serve as the "voice of the customer" by channeling feedback to product and engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities
• Maintain a structured engagement cadence with customer stakeholders to understand regulatory obligations, institutional priorities, and emerging risks
• Contribute to global customer support coverage, ensuring timely responses during time-sensitive events such as sanctions updates or critical investigations

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in compliance, investigative, or customer-facing roles within financial institutions or digital asset businesses
• High proficiency in English is required; Polish language skills are highly desirable
• Hands-on experience with virtual currencies and blockchain analytics, ideally in a compliance or investigative context, with a strong appetite to deepen expertise
• Proven ability to structure complex problems, prioritize effectively, and deliver actionable solutions under tight timelines
• Exceptional attention to detail and rigor, particularly in regulatory and investigative environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments where regulatory expectations and priorities evolve quickly
• Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to influence outcomes across cross-functional teams
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for in-person customer meetings, trainings, or events
