Senior Product Designer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in Germany that is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their growing team. Our client empowers entrepreneurs and small business owners through digital tools and AI-powered solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to shape user experiences that directly impact millions of users worldwide.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead end-to-end product design initiatives, working across discovery, research, prototyping, and delivery. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Data specialists, and AI teams to create seamless, accessible experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete product design processes from discovery through delivery, including ideation, prototyping, validation, and implementation
• Conduct generative and evaluative user research, usability testing, customer interviews, and Jobs-to-be-Done discovery to uncover customer needs
• Design elegant, accessible, and responsive experiences across desktop and mobile using modern design systems and WCAG best practices
• Create high-quality interaction designs, prototypes, information architecture, and visual experiences that drive customer value
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Marketing, Data, and AI teams to influence product strategy
• Design and prototype AI-powered experiences, conversational interfaces, and AI-assisted workflows while promoting responsible AI design practices
• Contribute to design systems and design operations, continuously improving design quality, processes, and team practices
• Provide mentorship and elevate design maturity across the organization

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years of experience designing digital SaaS products with ownership across the full product lifecycle
• Strong expertise in UX, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, information architecture, usability testing, and systems thinking
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research and translating insights into impactful product solutions
• Deep proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools, alongside experience working with design systems
• Proven success collaborating within cross-functional Agile product teams alongside Product Managers and Engineers
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills
• Experience designing AI-assisted or AI-powered product experiences is highly desirable
• Eligibility to work in Germany
