About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential telecommunications infrastructure client in Hamburg who is seeking a working student to support their dispatch operations and customer communication team. This is an excellent opportunity for students currently enrolled in business or technical programs who want to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced operational environment within Germany's digital infrastructure sector.

This role combines customer service, operational coordination, and scheduling responsibilities, making it ideal for organized, service-oriented students who thrive in dynamic settings.

Responsibilities

• Process service requests and tasks independently within ticketing systems while maintaining high service quality standards
• Coordinate incoming orders and efficiently schedule technician assignments based on operational needs
• Monitor and manage appointments in planning systems to ensure smooth operational flow
• Handle post-deployment follow-up tasks and support resolution of outstanding issues
• Communicate directly with customers to arrange and modify appointments in a professional, service-oriented manner

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a business or technical degree program
• Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Microsoft Project is a plus
• Independent, structured work approach with the ability to maintain overview in dynamic situations
• Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset and ability to coordinate diverse stakeholder interests professionally
• Self-motivated with a hands-on mentality and willingness to learn
• Prior work experience or practical exposure to the telecommunications industry is advantageous
• German language proficiency required for customer communication
