Responsibilities
We are representing a high-growth cloud SaaS organization seeking a Principal Partner Manager to lead strategic Global Systems Integrator partnerships across EMEA, with a focus on Accenture. In this role, you will:
- Identify and recruit new strategic Global SI partners to accelerate revenue growth and customer adoption
- Enable and activate existing GSI partners through training programs, joint planning, and collaborative selling activities
- Coordinate technical and marketing elements of integrated partnership launches
- Host regular business reviews with partners to establish accountability and track success metrics
- Collaborate closely with regional enterprise and commercial sales teams to align partnership strategies
- Generate partner-sourced pipeline and drive net-new revenue through strategic alliances
What We're Looking For
Our client needs a seasoned partner sales professional with deep Global SI experience. The ideal candidate brings:
- 10+ years of partner-facing, quota-carrying experience in business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales at a cloud services or SaaS organization
- Proven track record driving sales opportunities from lead generation to closure, negotiating agreements, and building long-lasting partnerships
- Strong understanding of and exposure to working with leading Global and regional Systems Integrators
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and architectural scenarios, and communicate them effectively both verbally and in writing
- Willingness to travel 40-50% of the time across EMEA
- Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for taking initiatives from ideation to impact
- Comfort with fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Background in SaaS and consumption-based software platforms
- Experience identifying market opportunities with a proven track record of initiating go-to-market plans and delivering sales results
- Experience with systems management, monitoring, containers, DevOps, or cloud partnerships is advantageous
