Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential automotive technology company in their search for a Sales Executive based in Bournemouth. This high-growth organization operates a leading online marketplace connecting vehicle sellers with dealers across multiple European markets.

As a Sales Executive, you'll manage a fast-paced daily pipeline of vehicle listings, acting as the critical link between individual sellers and dealer partners. You'll broker negotiations, overcome objections, and drive conversion to meet ambitious revenue targets in a dynamic auction environment that processes hundreds of transactions daily.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume daily lead pipeline of listed vehicles, converting sales to achieve daily, weekly and monthly revenue targets
• Broker negotiations between sellers and buyers, managing pricing expectations to reach mutually beneficial agreements
• Handle and overcome sales objections using established frameworks
• Maintain quality standards across all customer and dealer interactions to drive repeat business
• Meet daily KPI expectations for call volumes, email and text contact cadence
• Maintain pipeline hygiene with accurate lead status updates and detailed activity notes
• Provide expert advice to customers on vehicle pricing and market conditions
• Communicate with sellers and buyers across multiple channels including telephone, email and online support systems
• Collaborate with pre-qualification and post-sales teams, sharing insights on customer needs

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in a target-driven sales role with revenue or volume goals
• Experience managing high-volume lead pipelines independently while maintaining consistent sales processes
• Comfortable engaging with both consumers and business contacts via phone, text and email
• Excellent teamwork skills with ability to collaborate across all organizational levels
• Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset with strong desire to achieve individual and team objectives
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Genuine enthusiasm for the automotive industry and staying current with market trends
• Proven negotiation ability with skill in bringing parties to mutual agreement
• Flexibility to work weekends with standard Monday to Friday hours
• Ability to work hybrid with minimum 3 days per week in the Bournemouth office
