Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for a Sales Executive with fluency in French and English. This London-based role offers the chance to work with hotel owners across Europe and the UK, helping them understand how technology solutions can transform their operations and revenue performance.

You'll join a structured environment with comprehensive training, dedicated coaching, and clear pathways for professional development. This isn't a sink-or-swim scenario—expect a month-long onboarding program, sales training, and ongoing support from coaches and team leaders who are invested in your success.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and identify upselling opportunities within the existing customer base
• Achieve sales KPIs and targets, ensuring timely deal closure
• Prepare accurate quotes and present proposals to prospects with confidence and professionalism
• Negotiate contracts that balance client value with company profitability
• Maintain accurate records of all business development activities in the CRM system
• Complete post-sales documentation to facilitate trial setups and subscription transitions
• Gather and communicate client feedback to product teams for continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 12 months of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales experience
• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
• Confident phone presence with the ability to lead client meetings effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional customer interactions
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand client needs
• Self-motivation and resilience to perform consistently
• Growth mindset with openness to feedback and continuous coaching
