We are representing a confidential hospitality technology company seeking a Sales Executive to join their team in London. Our client is a global leader in hotel commerce solutions, helping properties worldwide attract guests, maximize revenue, and streamline operations through innovative software platforms.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about consultative selling who wants to make a real impact in the hospitality sector. You'll work with small and medium-sized hotel owners, helping them solve operational challenges and grow their businesses through technology solutions they can truly benefit from.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with hotel properties while nurturing existing client relationships through upselling
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing
• Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and sales activity documentation in the CRM system
• Gather and communicate client feedback to inform product development and improvements
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

What We're Looking For

• SaaS sales experience is highly desirable, though a strong passion for selling and proven sales ability is the priority
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Confident telephone presence with the ability to lead client meetings effectively
• Excellent listening skills and ability to understand client pain points
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities for professional client interactions
• Self-motivated with resilience and consistent work ethic
• Ability to work from the London Hammersmith office three days per week
