Group Product Manager – 12 month FTC

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential fintech client seeking a Group Product Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in their London office. This is a commercially significant leadership role sitting at the heart of a fast-growing partnerships function, responsible for driving product strategy across introducer, banking, and API partnership channels.

You'll lead multiple product squads through a high-growth phase, owning the roadmap that expands referrals, assets under management, and revenue through strategic partner relationships. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring someone who knows when to set direction and when to work directly alongside delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product strategy across three partnership verticals: introducer programs, banking partnerships, and API integrations
• Lead and coach a team of Product Managers, supporting their development and day-to-day delivery
• Define product goals and OKRs for the partnerships domain, tracking and communicating progress to senior stakeholders
• Build deep understanding of how advisors, institutional partners, and API customers experience the platform, translating insights into prioritised product investments
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams including UX, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial to deliver on roadmap commitments
• Own the advisor referral funnel, continuously optimising registration, referral, and conversion experiences
• Translate new partnership wins into clear product requirements and drive ongoing engagement through partner-facing tools
• Scale the API partner programme, managing onboarding and growth for embedded integrations
• Maintain agile delivery practices across squads, managing backlogs and ensuring best-practice product operations
• Champion the voice of partners and end users in all product decisions

What We're Looking For

• Several years' experience as a Group Product Manager or in a similar product leadership role
• Proven track record managing and coaching other Product Managers, helping them develop their skills and careers
• Strong ability to use data and customer research to shape strategy and make prioritisation decisions across competing demands
• Demonstrated experience building and communicating multi-month roadmaps to diverse stakeholder groups
• Comfort working in partnerships, marketplace, or B2B2C environments where you're building for indirect users
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior leadership
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or savings products (highly valued)
• Familiarity with referral or affiliate growth models (desirable)
• Exposure to enterprise or B2B portal products (desirable)
• UK work authorisation required for this London-based role
