Sales Executive (Portuguese Speaking)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Sales Executive with Portuguese language fluency for their London office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on business growth across African and UK markets. You'll be working with a technology platform that serves the hospitality sector, helping property owners optimize their operations and revenue.

This role offers comprehensive training including a month-long onboarding program, dedicated sales coaching, and a buddy system to ensure your success. You'll be supported by experienced team leaders who are invested in your professional development.

Responsibilities

• Build new client relationships and identify upsell opportunities within the existing customer base
• Achieve sales KPIs and targets through timely deal closure
• Prepare accurate quotes and deliver professional presentations to prospective clients
• Negotiate contracts that balance client value with company profitability
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all business development activities and ensure complete post-sale documentation
• Gather and relay client feedback to product teams for continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 12 months of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales experience
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
• Confident phone presence with the ability to lead client meetings effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional customer interactions
• Excellent listening skills and attention to client needs
• Self-motivated with resilience and consistent work ethic
• Growth mindset with openness to feedback and coaching
